    What is Freeze Dried Snack?<\/strong><\/p>

    Freeze-dried fruits are real fruits that have undergone a preservation process called freeze-drying, which removes almost all their water content while retaining their nutritional value, flavor, color, and structure. This process involves three main steps:<\/p>

    • Freezing:<\/strong> The fruit is quickly frozen at very low temperatures.<\/li>
    • Vacuum Chamber:<\/strong> The frozen fruit is placed in a vacuum chamber where the pressure is lowered, and the temperature is slightly raised. This causes the ice in the fruit to sublimate-meaning it turns directly from solid ice to water vapor, bypassing the liquid phase.<\/li>
    • Drying:<\/strong> The water vapor is removed, leaving the fruit dry, lightweight, and crunchy<\/li><\/ul>
